The space
A lovely villa, each bedroom is well-equipped with Air Conditioning and cozy living room areas overview the rich paddy field view.
This villa comes with private pool, the four bedrooms and equipped with all comfort.
The living room is open space come with TV cable and DVD then Free WiFi is provided in all areas of the villa.
Well maintained garden brings up a relaxing ambiance with the perfect touch of sun ray, and the effect of natural harmony.
Guest access
Feel free to use all facilities – our private pool, kitchen, living area and the garden. Make this villa as your second home! Our friendly staff and Manager will happy to help you with anything you need.
If needed a pick up service from the airport can be provided at cheaper price than the airport’s taxi.

Other things to note
Please kindly be noted that this villa in tropical area and still in the middle of nature space. Depending on the season and time of day, sometimes you will hear sounds like neighbors (and their noises!) may include the local roosters, frog, geckos, crickets, mosquitos, snails and other insects and another Balinese authentic seasonal animals that they will also showing up in rainy days. It is impossible to stop these living around the house in tropical parts of the world.
We do provide mosquito repellent lotion, maintenance and regular fogging as precautionary measures for these.
Paying attention to safety around the pool, living area and bathroom is very important, especially when the tile surface is wet which can become slippery.
To reduce the risk of slipping, there are several actions you can take:
– Keep the Area Dry: Make sure to dry the area around regularly, especially after rain or watering, to avoid the formation of puddles that can make the tiles slippery or just inform our staff to help you.
– Wear Proper Shoes: When walking around a wet pool and bathroom, be sure to wear footwear appropriate for the type of surface, such as shoes with rubber soles that can provide additional grip.
By taking these precautions, you can help maintain safety around the area that we mentioned and reduce the risk of slipping while in the area.

- Smoking is only at open air area,
- Not suitable for pets,
- Events or parties and inviting outside guests is not permitted.
- Please turn off all air conditioning when not in residence,
- We expect any damages/breakages incurred by guests during their stay to be replaced or cost of replacement covered.
- All late check-out is should be on request the check the availability with extra charge.
- For last minute booking of the day, after 5 pm is not accepted.
- Once check in time, guest’s ID Card or passport will be required by our staff to copy or take a photo.
